Tom is the founder and editor of Stream Whatever.

When he's not rewatching 2000s anime series from his childhood or the latest Korean dramas, Tom is helping his clients Turn Clicks Into Customers as the CEO of Convert Better (a leading CRO agency).

His bestselling course, CRO for Beginners, is available on IMG Courses and was recently featured at the 2024 Chiang Mai SEO Conference.

But his greatest passion lies in Solving Skin Mysteries as the editor of Derm Detective, a science-based skincare publication, which was inspired by his decades of experience with acne and acne scars.

Before becoming a digital entrepreneur and creator, Tom was the Lead SEO for Treefrog Inc. and began his career as a private equity analyst at CPP Investments.

He earned a B.A. in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School and B.A. in Honours Economics from Western University.
